For me, weekend dressing usually starts on the polished side on Saturday then slides into comfy casual for Sunday, perfect for lazy breakfasts / coffee runs and trips to IKEA with the boyfriend.

I love black for summer and winter. I feel like there’s always some way to incorporate it into a stylish ensemble without looking goth. Because I’ve also got black hair I’ll always add a point of difference such as a statement earrings, bold heels or my ever faithful man-style gold watch. If in doubt, go black. You know Carine Roitfeld knows what she’s doing. How do you feel about transcending the seasons in black?
